We currently only deliver to Chicago and the Chicago suburbs. You can see a list of current Pet Stuff Zoom Service Areas here. For those located in areas outside of Chicago and the Chicago suburbs who are interested in ordering from us, we offer $5.99 nationwide flat-rate shipping.
For local delivery, we offer next-day delivery. For our flat-rate shipping customers, the arrival of your order depends on where you are located in relation to Chicago. We use UPS standard ground shipping.

Nope! Our raw food brand options always include pre-portioned patties that are nutritionally complete. Place them in your freezer, and defrost them in your refrigerator as needed for feedings. Serve in a clean bowl as you would any other type of pet food, but due to the raw quality of this food, always clean your dog's bowl after each meal.
A raw bone mirrors what your dog would find in the wild. His/her digestive system is perfectly capable of handling it, so don’t cook or boil it. Cooking changes the composition of the bone, making it more likely to break or splinter. Raw bones are safe for pets to chew.
Please keep in mind that raw bones can be a bit messy. We recommend choosing a “bone friendly” area or training your pet to eat their bones on a throw rug or blanket that can be easily washed.
